Bob Mobile AG, Just A Game’s Parent Company, Acquires CLIQ B.V.

Berlin, Germany – January 6, 2012 – Just A Game, a worldwide acting publisher for browser games, is proud to announce that its parent company, Bob Mobile AG, a fast growing holding company which focuses in the area of mobile and online games, has acquired mobile specialist, CLIQ B.V. The acquisition was approved by shareholders during Bob Mobile AG’s general meeting in late December 2011. Following this acquisition, Bob Mobile AG will be active in over 40 countries and expects to reach a turnover of more than $120 million USD with an EBITDA of more than $23 million USD.

Luc Voncken will become a member of the board and the CEO for the operations of Bob Mobile AG.

The acquisition will have a major impact for Just A Game’s growth strategy in 2012 as the company prepares for many exciting updates including the set-up of a dedicated customer support service, a full scale CRM solution, and the addition of new online browser games to the Just A Game’s portfolio over the year.

As a part of Just A Game’s growth strategy a new management team has been installed for the online games unit which will be headed by Alexander Reitsma as Managing Director. The new management team will be responsible for bringing the best gaming experience to Just A Game’s customers and the company’s growth strategy. Furthermore, the company’s popular Browser-based Strategy game War2Glory and Operation Gamma 41, which up to today has reached more than 3 million registered players across the globe, was launched in Spanish this week and a Russian version is also planned for Q1.

“Our goal is to bring Just A Game to the next level in 2012 with a quality lineup of existing and new games,” said Alexander Reitsma, Managing Director at Just A Game. “We want to launch games in new categories such as sports and casual/social, introduce alternative sources of revenue and develop an all-new customer relationship management tool.”

As a further move towards developing games for mobile devices, Just A Game has signed a licensing and distribution contract with Vivid Games of Poland for the successful Ski Jumping 12 for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
